World Yoga Day Celebrations

Jaipur Club celebrated
International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and participation from members and
their families.
The session followed by Surya
Namaskar, various Yogasanas, Pranayama, breathing exercises, meditation, and
relaxation techniques. Participants experienced the physical, mental, and
spiritual benefits of yoga under expert guidance.
The event encouraged members to
embrace a healthier lifestyle and highlighted the importance of yoga in
achieving balance, inner peace, and overall well-being. Members of all age
groups actively participated and appreciated the rejuvenating experience.
The celebration concluded with
light refreshments, providing an opportunity for members to interact and share their
experiences.
